Medium: Original lithograph, 1922, on chine or japan paper, signed in the stone (retrograde) above right. Note: This was published in the album “Les peintres lithographes de Manet a Matisse” Paris, Galerie des peintres graveurs, edition Frapier, 1925. The two albums contained of 16 different lithographs. The first edition consisted of 100 proofs with 85 signed by the artist. The second edition, from which ours comes, consisted of 575 proofs and was reduced by 5/6 mms.

Edition: 575 unsigned proofs. The first edition, on slightly larger paper, was made with a tirage of 100 signed pieces.
